Life-Link was born in Born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1978 and moved to the Green Mountains of Vermont in 2007. Life-Link began out of necessity. The need for reliable equipment when enjoying the wilderness. It started with the invention of a reliable locking system for adjustable poles. Since the beginning, LIFE-LINK employees have been venturing into the surrounding rugged wilderness every weekend. Now joined by a loyal following of professional guides, athletes and the legions of skiers, boarders, guides and hikers who choose our equipment; LIFE-LINK continues the quest to design, build and enjoy the finest backcountry gear on earth.

Life-Link moved to it's new home in the Green Mountains of Vermont in summer 2007. We continue to work closely with mountain professionals, not only in Jackson Hole, but throughout the great mountains of the world. We pride ourselves on our outdoor pursuits outside of work, however, we also take great pride in the products we build and distribute. Like us, our customers can take pride in the fact that the LIFE-LINK gear they rely on comes from skiers, climbers and hikers.

We have our finger on the pulse of the backcountry community. We are always improving. New ideas come from our own daily adventures on the trails near our new home in the Green Mountains, our travels throughout the world, and from the constant stream of feedback from pros throughout the world.

"No compromise" is our motto. It was an easy one to adopt, as only the best gear is good enough in the mountains, and only the best gear is good enough for our customers...and us.
