Life-Link North American Championships
at Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Time and Place: Saturday March 24, 2007. The race will begin at the bottom of the mountain at 7:30am sharp.

Race Meeting and Bib Pick Up: Friday, March 23. 6:00pm. IS MANDATORY THAT ALL RACERS ATTEND THIS MEETING. The meeting will be held in The Events Tent. Rules and general information will be discussed at 6:00pm. If you cannot make the meeting call Life-Link before Thursday, March 22nd - 800-443-8620 ext. 104.

Race Division Entry Fee: $50
Recreational Division Entry Fee: $40
Lift Ticket: $37 (if you would like a lift ticket for Friday or Sunday at $37, please call 800.443.8620 ext:104)

Rules: Safety straps or brakes required. Avalanche Transceiver, shovel and probe required. Competitors responsible for own food and water during race. Racers must ascend by use of climbing skins...no boot packing or snowshoeing allowed. For 2007 men and women in the racing division will be required to wear helmets.

Course: This years course will be determined in January and will be made available for competitors to see on the Life-Link web page-www.life-link.com. You can survey last years course under course info.

Course Inspection: During the pre race meeting, the course will be described in detail.

Bibs and Checkpoints: Number must be visible at all times. No assistance from outsiders allowed!

Awards Ceremony and Raffle: Directly following the race there will be a few hour break during which competitors can free ski at the resort. At 2pm, we will reconvene at the events tent at the base of the mountain for the awards ceremony, raffle, hours d'oeuvers and beverages. Racers must be present to win raffle prizes.
